For laboratory and research use only - not for human consumption.
Last updated: June 24, 2026 · Effective date: June 24, 2026
All products sold by Wild Rose Peptides are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and experimentation. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Use in or on humans or animals is strictly prohibited. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Research-Use Agreement
Every product offered by Wild Rose is supplied exclusively for lawful in-vitro research, laboratory, analytical, and educational purposes conducted by qualified persons or institutions. Products are sold as research materials only. Nothing on this website, including product descriptions, blog content, Certificates of Analysis, or related materials, constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, or instruction for any use in or on the human or animal body.
Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by Health Canada, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority. No product information is medical, veterinary, nutritional, or other professional advice, and none should be relied upon as such. Wild Rose makes no claim, representation, or warranty that any product is safe or effective for any use involving humans or animals, and expressly disclaims any such use.
You agree that you will not administer, ingest, inject, apply, or otherwise introduce any product into the body of a human or animal; use any product in any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, food, or household application; resell, distribute, or supply any product to any person for a prohibited use; or use any product in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are acquiring products for legitimate in-vitro research.
You assume all responsibility and risk for safe receipt, handling, storage, labelling, recordkeeping, transport, and disposal of products in accordance with applicable laboratory-safety and environmental regulations. Products should be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate protective equipment and controls.
Before an order can be submitted, you must affirmatively accept this Research-Use Agreement. Wild Rose retains a record of acceptance, including a timestamp, as a condition of sale.
2. Terms of Sale and Website Use
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Wild Rose Peptides website and your purchase of products from us. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, specifications, molecular weights, CAS numbers, pricing, or availability are complete, current, or error-free. Product images may be representative. We reserve the right to correct errors and update catalogue information at any time without notice.
Where a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided, it reflects testing performed on the specific lot identified on that COA only. Results for one lot do not guarantee the characteristics of any other lot. COAs are provided for informational and recordkeeping purposes in a research context and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any purpose beyond the parameters stated on the document.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown before order completion or invoiced as applicable. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees associated with your order.
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Wild Rose. We may accept, decline, limit quantities on, or cancel any order, including where we suspect non-research use, where eligibility or payment cannot be verified, where a pricing or product error has occurred, or where fulfilment would be unlawful.
Wild Rose accepts Interac e-Transfer only. Orders are processed once payment is received and reconciled; orders for which payment is not received within the stated window may be cancelled. Never send payment-card or bank credential details through the contact form.
We source, store, and dispatch from Alberta, Canada, and ship via Canada Post or another carrier identified at checkout. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
Because products are research chemicals whose integrity and safety cannot be assured once they leave our control, all sales are final and products are non-returnable and non-refundable except as stated for damaged, incorrect, defective, or lost shipments. You may request cancellation only before dispatch.
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, incorrect, or defective, or if a shipment is lost, contact support@wildrosepeptides.ca within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery with your order number and supporting details or photographs. Where a claim is verified, we may replace the affected product or issue a refund as the sole remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products and website content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Wild Rose and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. Total aggregate liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wild Rose and its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your handling, use, resale, or disposal of a product, any use of a product in or on a human or animal, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, the Wild Rose shield mark, product photography, and the selection and arrangement of content, is owned by or licensed to Wild Rose and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Alberta, Canada, except that Wild Rose may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
