Frequently asked questions.
Order, shipping, documentation, payment, and research-use answers for Wild Rose Peptides.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Every lot is independently assessed and the relevant Certificate of Analysis (COA) is published alongside the product, and all purchases are made on the basis of that documentation. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us by email and we'll do our best to help.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. We ship only within Canada.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Every order ships via Canada Post with full tracking, so you can follow the progress of your shipment from dispatch to delivery. Your tracking number is emailed to you when the carrier handoff is processed.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The sender shown on the shipping label is "WRP" - there is no other identifying information about the contents on the exterior of the parcel.
How do I know what I'm actually getting?
Every lot we sell is independently analysed and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that lot is published alongside the product. You can read exactly how we test - what's measured, who does the testing, and how to verify it - on our How We Test page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer only. Orders are confirmed once the transfer is received and reconciled; instructions are provided at checkout.
How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation, with typical Canada Post delivery times of 1-4 business days depending on your address. Remote or rural locations may take longer.
What form are the products supplied in?
All products are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder - the standard form for research peptides. Reconstitution with an appropriate solvent (e.g., bacteriostatic water) is required for laboratory handling. We do not currently sell bacteriostatic water; researchers source it separately.
Who are these products intended for?
All products on this site are intended For laboratory and research use only - not for human consumption. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or institution acquiring these materials for in-vitro laboratory research and you accept full responsibility for safe and lawful handling, storage, and disposal in your jurisdiction. (See the Information / Research-use notice page.)
